One Million Momsters

An extremist group of conservative, traditional women called “One Million Moms” has recently spun a web of controversy in demanding J.C. Penney to fire Ellen DeGeneres from being their spokesperson because she’s gay.

In their weak attempts to humiliate Ellen and possibly skew the views of America, a few months back these one million monsters also demanded that Chaz Bono be taken off of Dancing with the Stars because he was once a female.

Commenting on this controversial topic was conservative talk-show host Bill O’Reilly who he substantiated by saying “What is the difference between a McCarthy era communist blacklist in the 50s and the Million Moms saying, ‘Hey, J.C. Penney and all you other stores, don’t you hire any gay people, don’t you dare.’ What is the difference?” on Monday during his television show The O’Reilly Factor. This shows that even the most conservative, right-winged advocates have brains and realize that everyone is human and no one deserves ostracism. America is on its way to civilization.

On Wednesday during The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Ellen opened up in her monologue saying “Normally I try not to pay attention to my haters, but this time, I’d like to talk about it because my haters are my motivators. This organization doesn’t think that I should be the spokesperson because I’m gay. So for those of you just tuning in for the first time, it’s true–I’m gay.” DeGeneres is a comedian with a sense of humor that makes America smile even on their toughest of days. She doesn’t advocate herself as a gay woman in America; instead she categorizes herself along the lines of a human being with a heart who gives away tons of money, cars, and material items on her show daily. She’s also an adamant supporter of animal rights. Her beautiful wife, Portia de Rossi, is also a supporter of many of the same beliefs.
