The Blackies won the annual Sportsnite volleyball game, March 6, 2019, snapping a Goldie, 22-year winning streak. Sportsnite volleyball is best 2 out of 3, and Black won the first set 25-16 and the second set 25-22.

The Blackie volleyball captain is Kayla Schmit. Her team consisted of Jenna Kaufmann, Dylan Small, Reilly Brady, Jill Balkunas, Makenna Boutin, Katie Mullane Jess Schmit, Nicolette Piscopo, and Sarah Rende.

The Gold volleyball captain is Danielle Coppola, and her team had Maggie L’Eplattenier, Marykate Delgais, Meaghan Monahan, Abby Avena, Julia Coppola, Lenna Moussa, Cassidy Conlon, Madison Taylor, and Lyla Buscemi.

Both Black and Gold teams played amazingly, thanks to their teams’ cheering  from the bleachers! Both teams are still working hard to keep up their amazing work, good luck Blackies and Goldies on March 8!
